ONE, (RED) World AIDS Day Event
I had the pleasure of attending ONE and (RED)’s The Beginning of the End of AIDS panel at George Washington University yesterday for World AIDS Day.
World AIDS Day Panel on Youtube
I am really looking forward to this Thursday. December 1st is World AIDS Day and I will be in Washington, DC with the ONE Moms to attend the “The Beginning of the End of AIDS” panel put on by ONE and its sister company RED.
Walking to the White House
I have been to the White House twice in my life. The first time was when I was in middle school. Things were different then. It was fairly easy to arrange a brief tour of the White House for 3 kids. Today, not so much. The second time was yesterday afternoon on a beautiful sunny fall day in Washington, DC. ONE arranged a meeting with Dr. Jill Biden at the White House’s west wing and I can tell you that if you have never been to the White House just stepping inside will take your breath away.
ONE Video Stars Mom Bloggers
I will always be thankful for the rare opportunity of going to Kenya with ONE last summer. It was quite the experience and to share it with nine other bloggers was icing on top of the cake.
