Review: The ASUS ET2700 Desktop Delivers

I get many perks being a Windows Champion. It’s been fun using Windows technology in laptops, in Microsoft’s Windows phones, and now in a desktop.
I, along with other Champions, were given the ASUS ET2700, an all-in-one monitor and desktop, to review and I can honestly say it is the best desktop I have ever used. I am so sad that my review unit has to go back!
The thing I love most about the ASUS ET2700 is that I don’t have to have a monitor and a tower. Everything is all together which makes life much easier especially if you have limited desk space.
I also love that the monitor is 27″ (huge compared to any I’ve had before) and that it has Full HD LED. Everything I view on this computer is incredibly crisp from web sites to TV shows. The monitor is amazing!
The ASUS ET2700 comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse.
I love this new technology with the USB ports. If you look closely you’ll see some of them have a blue color. They are new generation 3.0, high speed USB ports that cut download and transfer times.
The ASUS ET2700 also comes with an external subwoofer.
The monitor has speakers along the sides and all around it allowing for maximum surround sound.
Want to know where the DVD drive is? Actually it’s called the SuperMulti DVD/Blu-ray Combo/ Blu-ray Writer, but I like to keep it simple. It’s on the side of the monitor and easily juts out.
One of the things I love about the ASUS ET-2700 is it has one power button. With the touch of one button you’re set to start working.
And I love that it’s a powerful desktop. The ASUS ET2700 has an Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA Geforce graphics card. It also has the Energy Star seal of approval and of course comes with Windows 7.
Overall it is a really fantastic desktop to use. I loved my increased productivity when using the ASUS ET2700. It was nice looking at a computer with such a large monitor. It helped me look at my work differently.
Want to buy your own ASUS ET2700? It retails for $1400. Visit ASUS.com for more information.
