Shutter Sisters’ Oasis Opens Registration

Last year the buzz in the world of female photographers was hands down Camp Shutter Sisters. Camp Shutter Sisters was thrown by well-known photographer and author Tracey Clark and her partners. This year Shutter Sisters, a daily photography blog, will throw a different event called Oasis that will provide the opportunity to “shoot, connect, play, pause, and recharge in an idyllic setting with expansive, sparkly skies”.

Oasis will be held in Palm Springs, California at the Ace Hotel and Swim Club  from October 21 – 25. The exclusive event will allow women photographers the opportunity to learn in a supportive atmosphere of sisterhood and encouragement. Not billed as a how-to getaway, Oasis will feed the photographer’s soul as opposed to making sure you know how to properly work your brand-new camera.

Registration opened yesterday and if this year is anything like last, spots won’t last very long.
