Blogger Becomes Local Social Media Expert

Jewel Figueras, a popular Miami-based blogger who jet-sets around the globe on junkets and works with national brands, can now legitimally add social media expert to her roster of accolades.

After speaking with a local news reporter in-depth about social media at a Miami event last year Figueras was brought on as CBS Miami’s social media expert in 2012. Below is Figueras’ first piece commenting on Pinterest and its popularity.

“I feel overwhelmingly blessed that so many wonderful opportunities have come my way,” said Figueras. “Overwhelmed and grateful.”
